Expert Inspections for Informed Decisions

Every inspection service comes with a detailed report outlining your findings. We don’t just leave you with data; our inspectors are happy to schedule a consultation to discuss your findings in detail. This personalized interaction allows you to ask questions, gain a deeper understanding of any identified issues, and explore recommended next steps to address them. With our expert guidance, you’ll have the information you need to make informed decisions about your property.

Buyer's Inspections

A buyer's inspection is a crucial step in the homebuying process. It provides a comprehensive assessment of the property's condition, uncovering any hidden issues that could impact your future enjoyment and finances. This valuable information empowers you to make informed decisions about the home. With a clear understanding of potential problems, you can avoid costly surprises down the road and ensure you're investing in a property that meets your needs and budget.

Pre-Listing Inspections

Take charge of your home sale with a pre-listing inspection. This professional assessment reveals the property's condition upfront, allowing you to address any potential issues before listing. By proactively addressing repairs, you can strengthen your negotiating position, attract serious buyers faster, and potentially sell your home for a higher price.

One-Year Warranty Inspections

When you buy a new home in Texas, your builder offers you a one year warranty on all defects. Every new home should undergo a one-year warranty inspection during the eleven month from closing on your home. This gives the builder time to warranty repair discovered defects and punch items before your warranty expires.

Pool & Spa Inspections

Our pool and spa add-on inspection involves a visual inspection of the condition and defects of filters, pumps, plumbing, heaters, and pool lights. We also thoroughly check the decking, coping and the gates around the pool, as well as the mastic between the deck and pool coping. The pool and spa inspection will provide the client with a complete report describing the current condition of your swimming pool or spa.

Landscape Irrigation Inspections

The landscape irrigation add-on inspection involves a thorough evaluation of a property's irrigation system. We will verify the system components such as sprinkler heads, piping, isolation valves, drain valves, backflow devices, control panel, and sensors are functioning properly. Our inspection will reveal issues that may be impacting water usage and landscape health, with the goal of improving efficiency and reducing waste. A properly functioning sprinkler system ensures the aesthetic appeal and health of your home. Add tag

Thermal Imagery Inspections

Our thermal infrared cameras check for concealed moisture in walls, ceilings and floors to reveal defective plumbing, window leaks, roof leaks and other sources. This technology also detects dangerous, faulty electrical circuits. The thermal imagery examines your home’s walls and ceilings to see if they are properly insulated, by finding gaps in the insulation or drafts causing heat loss and energy inefficiency. The thermography also identifies defects in solar panels.

Drone Inspections

We provide comprehensive drone roof inspections without damaging your roofing materials or solar panels. Drone inspections are used for homes that have steeper roof pitches, unsafe roof elements or unreachable areas for the inspector. Our drones produce quality, high-resolution, aerial imagery for the essential aspects of a roof inspection. This service is included with home inspections on an as-needed basis, at no cost to the customer.
